Discover Grace

Discover Grace is adult education which takes place each Sunday during the first worship service (9:00 AM) in the Commons area.  Discover Grace is the first step in really learning about and becoming part of Grace Church, discovering Spiritual gifts, forming relationships, serving at Grace and sharing our faith in Christ.  Discover Grace

The mission of Grace Church is to reach people for Christ and to help those who already believe in Christ become more like Him. Churches, just like people, have unique “personalities” and “processes.” The “personality” of Grace Church is one of acceptance, one of…well, grace. We are a community of disciples of Christ who long to look more and more like Him each day. To achieve that Christ likeness, we are involved in the growth process of Grace which encourages spiritual growth, connection with others, serving and sharing the relationship we have with Christ with those who do not yet know Christ as their Savior. This process of growth includes four distinct personal and spiritual steps. Each step builds on the previous, and leads to the next culminating in full commitment to Christ and His call for each of us. We believe God has gifted each of His people with unique gifts and abilities and that He equips each of us to be running the race, not merely spectators.

 
Growth process of Grace:
 
Step 1. Join The Team – At Grace this means attending Worship Service, participating in the Discover Grace class, and becoming an active member of Grace Church.

Step 2. Warm-up – Build relationships with your "team members" at Grace by connecting with a Life Group and other ministries.

Step 3. Starting Line - Discover your Spiritual Gifts and serve in ministry at Grace.

Step 4. Run The Race – Share your faith in Christ while living out the rest of the growth process.

 As we engage in the race and begin to multiply our faith we will fully participate in the growth process of Grace.

 But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.
